to a group.
Stravero was founded on 3 June 2025 with a clear plan and €2,500 of share capital. There were no investors behind it — two people from the taxi industry and software they had been building since 2023: Fleet Connect, an operating system for fleets. The company's entire first year of revenue came from that technology.
Stravero was conceived as a group from the first day, not as a single company: registered for the management of companies, with branches developed one at a time — technology first (Fleet Connect), then the fleet (VERO Drive), and the next ones in preparation. As each branch finds its feet, it is spun out into its own company, with its own domain and its own accountability. A plan like that takes patience: which is why the share capital was raised in May 2026 to €12,500, paid in cash — growth out of our own pocket, not out of debt.
